Standard Delivery

  • If you spend under £75 there will be a delivery charge of £5.95.*
  • If you spend £75 or more your order will be delivered free of charge.*
  • Delivery to UK mainland will normally be next day for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday.
  • Orders placed on Friday before 3pm, will be delivered on Monday.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Saturday Delivery

For orders placed before 3pm on Friday there will be a charge of £4.00 in addition to the standard delivery charge of £5.95.

Remote Areas

* Delivery to UK offshore destinations and other remote areas are charged at the same rate as UK mainland of £5.95 for standard delivery.

* Due to longer delivery times to UK offshore destinations and other remote areas listed below we are unable to offer our next day delivery.

This includes the following areas: Ireland, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Highlands and some remote areas of Scotland.

Your order will be delivered within 3‒7 working days.

Shipping to Europe

  • If you spend under £150 there will be a delivery charge of £9.95.
  • If you spend £150 or more your order will be delivered free of charge.*

Your order will be delivered within 3‒7 working days.

*Please be aware that for large orders we reserve the right to contact you regarding a higher postage charge.

Returns Instructions

  • Send the unwanted items in the delivery box, to the returns address provided. Please note that UK Royal Mail returns can take up to 7 working days to arrive at our warehouse.
  • We will endeavor to process within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email advising that your return has been dealt with.

Please retain a proof of postage.

Return Policy

If your order is not suitable and you would like an exchange or a refund, please ensure that you return the goods in their original condition and complete this form within 14 days of your delivery.

Original P&P is non-refundable. Full refunds, including delivery charges, will be given if any item purchased is proven faulty or has been sent as a result of our error.

Please note: You are held responsible for posting the goods back to us for a refund/exchange at your expense, we do not offer FREE returns. We also recommend that you should obtain compensation insurance if the contents exceed £20 in value.

Faulty or wrong item

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us on 0800 030 4334 quoting your order reference, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
